Okay, you might have posted this and I looked but didn’t quite see it. anyways, I think a guy should always pay for a first date. I raised this issue with my friends and said if a guy didn’t pay for a first datem i would most likely end our relationship there. they were outraged, but i feel like if he pays it shows he respects you. maybe it’s old fashioned.

Hello! We did post this, this is rule #182. It’s a ways back though, so it’s okay. I think that whoever does the asking ought to do the paying, but you’re right— it is a respect thing, to me anyway. It might be old fashioned, but there’s nothing wrong with being the old-fashioned kind of girl.
